Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I keep my schedule intentionally small so I can teach with full attention. This policy protects that structure and keeps booking simple and fair for everyone.

1) Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session start time.

  • Rescheduling requests within 24 hours are treated as late cancellations (see below).

  • If you need to reschedule, please use the reschedule link in your confirmation email (fastest), or contact me directly.

2) Cancellations

  • You can cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or credit (your choice).

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and the session is considered used.

3) No-shows

  • If you don’t attend and I haven’t heard from you, the session is forfeited (no refund, no credit).

5) Illness and emergencies

  • Life happens. If you’re ill or a true emergency comes up, please write as soon as possible.

    Whenever I can reasonably accommodate it, I may offer a reschedule option even inside the 24-hour window.

6) Technical issues (online lessons)

  • Please join a few minutes early and make sure you have a stable connection.

  • If the problem is on your side and we cannot begin, the session may count as used.

  • If the issue is on my side, we’ll reschedule or I’ll credit you, of course.

    Microphones and extra equipment are optional. A laptop or phone is enough.

7) In-person sessions (Basel)

  • In-person sessions follow the same 24-hour policy.

  • If travel or weather creates a real problem, we can switch to online if possible.

8) Packages and Studio Series

  • Package sessions follow the same rescheduling and cancellation rules.

  • Unused sessions are non-refundable, but you may reschedule them within the validity period.

  • If a package has an expiry date shown at purchase, sessions must be used within that time.

9) Gift sessions

  • Gift sessions are transferable and can be booked by the recipient.

  • They are non-refundable and follow the same rescheduling and cancellation rules.

10) Time zone

  • All booking times are shown in the time zone selected at checkout. Please double-check this before confirming.
