Good to Know
Rescheduling and Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full and count as used – including package and gift lessons.
If something unexpected happens, write to me as soon as possible. I will always try to handle genuine situations with care.
Packages and Gifts
Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.
Gift lessons follow the same cancellation policy as regular lessons. The recipient books their own time slot directly.
Online Lessons
Lessons take place online. A stable internet connection and a camera are required. An external microphone is recommended but not essential.
Lessons are taught in English and German. Switching between both within a lesson is entirely fine.

There is no pressure to commit to a package. A single first lesson is exactly enough to find out whether this work is right for you.
