Rescheduling and Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full and count as used – including package and gift lessons.
If something unexpected happens, write to me as soon as possible. I will always try to handle genuine situations with care.
Packages and Gifts
Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable. If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact me directly.
Gift lessons follow the same cancellation policy as regular lessons.
Online Lessons
Lessons take place online. A stable internet connection and a camera are required. An external microphone is recommended but not essential.
Lessons are taught in English and German. Switching between both within a lesson is entirely fine.
